**Hello, when you are requesting appointment,  you will have to receive a second email stating your appointment has been confirmed. If you do not receive a second email for confirmation from us, then the appointment has not been confirmed, and it will be treated as a walk-in when you come in. In addition, when requesting an appointment, in the “reason for the visit” section, do list the specific name(s) and / or procedure code(s) of the services requested to better assist in your appointment.
